    1. Thanks shelley, you expressed more or less what I felt when I saw the picture.
      David Swenson, a highly experienced Ashtanga yoga teacher who I respect for his down-to-earth teaching style says something like “The real yoga is the stuff you can’t see.” This line stuck with me.
